Most reports can be delivered within the same day, while larger projects may take 1-2 business days.

Additional information

  • Using Xactimate, we provide ESX files that include accurate 2D details in a 3D model, creating a file of a nearly complete Sketch. This starting point greatly reduces the amount of work required by an estimator to complete the file.

    By having the Sketch portion completed from the 2D details of an iGUIDE, a good majority of the floor plan is ready for an accurate estimate.

iGUIDE Radix

A virtual tour-like experience that includes a point cloud for navigation as well as 360-degree visuals, iGUIDE Radix provides an interactive, precise digital record of a property for insurance and restoration purposes.

It is typically available within the same day and will show the data exactly as it was captured. Its flexibility and speed make it well-suited for documenting spaces for different purposes, such as construction monitoring or for capturing data to be used as an underlay for drawing software.
